Job Description
We're currently looking for an admin all-rounder.
Someone with a passion for helping to build great things and a keen interest in how business works.
This position is based at Dominant Music head office in Mitcham Victoria.
This is a Part-time and/or Full-time position.
You'll be responsible for:
Accounts payable and receivable.
Liasing with customers to ensure a high level of customer service.
Invoicing / crediting.
Order entry.
Debt Collection.
Incoming & Outgoing calls.
Maintaining clients/dealers accounts.
Coming up with ideas on how to improve what we do and help implement them
You will receive training, and support and be a major part of a great team all working towards a common goal.
Qualifications
Qualifications in the areas of Business Administration and/or Book Keeping would be beneficial.
Knowledge of musical instruments would be ideal but not essential.
This position would suit someone who:
Is friendly, positive & can get along with a broad range of personalities.
Has great computer skills.
Great phone manner.
Shows attention to fine detail and shows pride in their work.
Has a natural inclination towards great customer service and a 'can do' attitude at all times.
