Job Description Support Workday implementation activities including data readiness, integration, testing, and go-live support in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Maintain and optimise current HR systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a great user experience.
Support the transition from legacy platforms to new HRIS functionality, embedding sustainable processes, training, and documentation.
Partner with HR and IT to align systems with business needs.
Provide technical support and training to HR staff on system usage.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Implement system upgrades and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions that align with business needs.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive adoption and change.
The Successful Applicant Formal qualifications in HR, IT, Computer Science, Business Admin or related.
Proven hands on experience with HCM/HRIS systems, ideally Workday.
Experience supporting system implementations, testing cycles, data reconciliation and cut-over activities.
Exposure and strong understanding of end to end HR processes and governance.
Clear technical writing skills: SOP's, quick guides, FAQ's.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and change management.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability.
