We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Certificate 3 and Diploma Qualified Educators to join our friendly and professional early learning team at Northam Early Learning Centre.
About the Role
As alQualified Educators, you will play a key role in providing high-quality education and care in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Framework (NQF). You will work collaboratively with educators, families, and children to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences
* Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
* Support children’s learning, wellbeing, and development
* Maintain accurate documentation and observations
* Ensure compliance with centre policies, NQS, and regulations
* Contribute positively to a supportive team environment
Essential Requirements
* Diploma or Certificate 3 Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
* Current Working With Children Check (WA)
* Knowledge of EYLF and NQF
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for early childhood education
Desirable
* First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
* Previous experience in an early learning setting
