We are looking for a hunter! A highly driven, commercially minded Regional Sales and Partnerships Manager based on site at our Sydney campus to help accelerate the next phase of our growth.
This role will begin with a strong focus on recruiting locally based students to our Sydney campus, but will evolve into supporting student recruitment into all current and future Westbourne campuses globally.
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone ambitious, entrepreneurial, and hungry to build something meaningful.

What You'll Be DoingStudent Recruitment & Admissions
* Build relationships with families through highly consultative conversations
* Guide prospective students from first engagement through to enrolment
* Represent Westbourne at events, school fairs, networking functions, and partner meetings
Partnerships & Business Development
* Develop relationships with education agents, schools, corporates, and referral partners
* Identify new channels and growth opportunities
* Help build Westbourne's presence across Australia and the wider region
About You
* Minimum 5 years' experience in consultative sales, recruitment, partnerships, or business development
* Strong track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth
* Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
* Commercially driven and energised by performance-based rewards
* Comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
* Highly proactive and self-managed
* Strong presentation and influencing ability
International education experience is valuable, but not essential.
