Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with a focus on delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our dealerships.

About the Role

The Regional Training Manager will be responsible for providing support to our dealerships to drive sales performance of our products, resulting in growth of their portfolio and revenue. This will be achieved through maintaining corporate training standards, coordinating and delivering robust training courses and programs, and ensuring that people are engaged in the sale and promotion of finance products in their respective regions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide support to dealerships to drive sales performance of our products
* Maintain corporate training standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Coordinate and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our dealerships
* Identify regional training needs and develop countermeasures to improve performance

Requirements

* Strong financial services knowledge and experience
* Comprehensive understanding of finance and insurance products
* Relationship management or account management experience
* Ability to influence and facilitate across various delivery mediums
* Strong presentation and communication skills
