About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for allocating client services and creating effective schedules for Community Support Workers and other clinical team members.
Your main goal will be to ensure that care and services are responsive, timely, and empowering, supporting clients to lead safe, independent, and fulfilling lives in their own homes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure the continuous and efficient allocation of client services.
* Complete scheduling activities while meeting deadlines and operational requirements.
* Maintain accurate and timely database updates.
* Respond to enquiries and provide clear information regarding services.
Key Requirements:
* Experience working in a fast-paced rostering office (highly regarded).
* Relevant qualifications in Business or Aged Care (desirable).
* Experience in the Aged Care sector (desirable).
* Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of office processes and data management.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
* A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
