About You
* Educational Background:
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Services or equivalent experience in a similar role is desirable.
* Specific qualifications or training in working with families facing multiple and complex needs in community or employment services.
* Essential Certifications:
* Child Safe Environments and RAN-EC qualification.
* Mandatory Checks:
* Current DHS Working with Children Check.
* Current DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Professional Experience:
* Experience in a human services setting, with a solid understanding of various intervention models.
* Proven track record in providing case management services to young people and/or families.
* Experience working with marginalised individuals, including expertise in case planning and complex case management.
* Key Skills and Commitment:
* A strong commitment to the principles of social inclusion and quality management.
* Excellent community engagement skills, including networking, negotiation, mediation, and public relations.
* Knowledge of, or experience in, educational and vocational areas.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management.
