Position Description
* Develop and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan across all segments
* Lead a small team across sales, marketing, and digital functions
* Build and manage key relationships with corporate, MICE, and leisure clients
* Analyse trends and performance data to drive revenue and brand awareness
* Collaborate with the GM and group team on PR, brand partnerships, and activations
* Oversee the venue's digital footprint including website, SEO, and social media
Position Requirements
* Proven experience in a senior sales and / or marketing role in hospitality
* Strong understanding of commercial performance metrics and revenue strategy
* Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally within boutique or lifestyle hotels
* Confident managing stakeholder relationships, both internal and external
* Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and excellent presentation skills
