What does the job look like?
Reporting to the General Manager Commercial & Finance, you will lead commercial modelling and performance analysis across Bevchain's network customers, covering Warehousing, Linehaul Transport and Local Last Mile deliveries. You will compile the annual plan and evaluate weekly commercial results to identify risks and opportunities. You'll oversee revenue capture and billing, remove leakage, and provide strategic, financial and commercial advice to senior leadership. You'll also develop close working relationships with customer stakeholders and support regular business reviews.
* Lead commercial modelling and analysis for existing and new work, including CAM models, detailed costings, and CI capital evaluations.
* Optimise revenue capture and billing, deep‑dive into operational performance, and provide recommendations for improvements.
* Own the annual plan and weekly performance evaluation, providing insights to leadership and customer forums.
* Support new business opportunities and onboarding of new customers.
* Coach finance and operations through budgets, forecasts, and the financial impact of tech, market and legislative change.
* Champion continuous improvement and partnership with Business.
* Lead a team of analysts to support the business operational and commercial processes
* Development/Customer Engagement to progress new opportunities.
* Uphold safety standards and consider the people implications of operational change.
Are you the one?
* Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting or Finance; CA/CPA desirable.
* 5+ years in supply chain operations, or similar field with a track record of high achievement and stakeholder influence.
* Strength in budgeting, KPI/performance review, financial reporting and commercial acumen, with Power BI and advanced Excel (Power Query, VBA, Macros).
* Proven analytical problem‑solving, customer negotiation and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Approachable, open, calm under pressure, transparent, empathetic, flexible, receptive to feedback, resilient.
