About the Role
We are seeking a capable Project Architect / Project Lead (4+ years experience) to support project delivery and help lead a growing team.
This role suits an experienced architectural graduate or architect who can lead projects of varying type and scale, communicate confidently with clients and consultants, and is keen to grow.
The role is flexible and will be tailored to the right person's experience level.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support projects across design and delivery stages (Concept, DA, CDC, CC, IFC)
* Coordinate consultants and assist with approvals processes
* Manage client communication on assigned projects
* Produce and coordinate Revit documentation and drawing packages
* Assist with buildability, compliance and technical coordination
* Support and guide junior staff on tasks and deliverables
* Work closely with the Director on project planning and delivery
About You
* 4+ years experience in an architectural practice
* Strong Revit capability
* Experience with NSW DA, CDC and CC processes
* Comfortable communicating with clients and consultants
* Organised, reliable and proactive
* Commercial, childcare or mixed use experience is a plus
* Registered Architect or working toward registration welcomed
