**About Our Client**:
My Client, an award winning market leader, is looking for their next administrative hire due to growth within the business. Working for this organisation is not to be missed!!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Support the Sales team with all administrative requirements
- Organising calendars and inboxes for executives and/or a sales team
- Uploading relevant documents to the system
- Scheduling for Clients
- Booking meetings through the system
- Planning itinerary's and booking the travel
- Assisting with AP and AR
- Assisting the Accounts team on occasion
- Monthly data entry requirements for end of month invoicing
- Some PA duties for the CEO when required

- A great attitude towards learning/growing/developing/contributing in a team environment
- A highly organised individual, who has the ability to multitask
- Administration experience in a busy, fast paced office
- Xero knowledge
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- A keen attitude, and strong work ethic.
**What's on Offer**:
This is a full time, permanent position, working Mon - Fri business hours (early finish most Fridays!!)
Offering an attractive salary range of $65K - $75K plus super.
Molendinar, Southport location.
