The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring we deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers. As the Head of Service Delivery, you will be accountable for managing our active project portfolio with a strong focus on accelerating revenue and benefit realisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Sales team to maintain a forecast position on projects in the sales pipeline.
* Manage the transition from sales to delivery, ensuring commercially successful outcomes.
* Collaborate with Operations Leaders to prioritise key projects of work.
* Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance and development opportunities.
* Work with team members to develop their skills and create career progression opportunities.
* Effectively manage the performance of all team members.
* Ensure we consistently deliver a great customer experience.
Requirements
* 8+ years' experience in ICT industry Service Management, Project Management, and Business Operational roles; ideally with experience working for a Managed Services Provider.
* 10+ years of proven experience in customer-facing roles where you have delivered sizable projects.
* Must be an Australian citizen, holding security clearance.
* 10+ years of experience in managing a portfolio of projects and leading multiple streams with full financial responsibility.
* Strong experience across all aspects of contract and commercial management.
* Strong financial acumen - including forecasting, budgeting, and analysis skills.
* Working experience with Cloud migrations, Network integration, and Cyber Security Operations.
* Prince 2 Certified (or similar project management qualifications).
* Bachelor (or higher) degree in computing science, information technology, or related field.
* Desirable to hold AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance.
