Responsibilities Lead a diverse portfolio across Procurement Operations, Commercial Assurance, Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense Management, and Extended Worker Time & Materials Lifecycle Management. Report to the Executive General Manager, Procurement, Property & Supply, and be a key member of the PP&S leadership team, shaping operational strategy and driving service excellence across end-to-end value streams and adjacent functions. Define service standards and KPIs aligned to strategic goals and consistently deliver results that exceed expectations. Foster a culture of inclusive leadership, personal growth, continuous improvement, and courageous collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process innovation, lead change with confidence, and ensure governance, risk management and business continuity in operational delivery. About you / Qualifications You are a strategic and compassionate leader with deep expertise in procurement and commercial operations. Proven experience in business and financial operations, delivering cultural change, process efficiency, automation and commercial transformation in complex, customer-centric environments. Experience with shared services, operational delivery, governance, risk management and business continuity. Qualifications in Finance, Business or Risk Management with strong business acumen, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
