You'll operate as a one-personfunction initially (with outsourced design/creative partners) and scale thefunction over time.
You'll shape our brand, voice, and go-to-market across Australiaand the USA, driving measurable outcomes for sales pipeline, recruitment ,and brand equity —while modelling our values: We Care, Authenticity, Take It, Own It, Drive It, Learning, and Keep It Simple .
What You'll Do Build the Function: Collaboratively define the strategy, structure, tools,and processes.
Stand up core stack (website/CMS, analytics, CRM alignment,email, social, governance).
Be Hands-On: Act as a one-person shop—plan, write, execute, andreport.
Manage outsourced design and other vendors to quality,cost, and speed.
Brand & Positioning: Evolve our brandidentity and messaging; ensure consistency and clarity across regions andenterprise buyer groups.
Voice of the Customer: Establish feedbackloops (interviews, win/loss, surveys) to inform offers, messaging, andcontent.
Lead Generation & Campaigns: Own the end-to-enddemand engine.
Run always-on and campaign programs (web, social, email,paid, partner co-marketing), build landing pages and nurture flows, manageattribution, and report on marketing-sourced and marketing-influencedpipeline .
Events & Field Marketing: Plan and deliverroundtables, webinars, partner events, and selected conferences across AU& US.
Target the right accounts, prep speakers, manage logistics, and convertto meetings and opportunities .
Sales & Recruitment Enablement: Partner with Sales and Talent Acquisition to produce collateral, proposals, case studies,playbooks, and field events that convert to meetings and rolesfilled.
Digital & Content: Oversee website,social, and content calendar; ship thought leadership and case studies;drive conversion-rate optimisation and performance marketing.
Measure & Optimise: Define KPIs (brand,pipeline, recruitment), run experiments, and refine channel mix andmessaging.
Plan for Growth: Propose a phased in-house hiring roadmap as we scale.
Requirements Enterprise exposure: Experience marketing to large enterprises and bigbrands, ideally including work with or within ASX / Nasdaq /NYSE-listed companies (buyer committees, longer cycles, compliance,and enterprise procurement).
10+ years' B2 B marketing experience (ideally technologyconsulting), including senior ownership of brand and demand.
Strong track record in lead generation, funneldesign, nurture programs, attribution, and events/field marketing (AU & US).
Collaborative operator who partners well with Sales, People & Talent, and Delivery leaders.
Excellent storytelling—translating technical servicesinto clear, value-led narratives.
Values-aligned: practical, authentic, data-informed,and biased to action.
Ability to build and run marketing as a one-personfunction, plus managing outsourced creative partners.
