About the Role
As our Head Veterinary Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting the clinical team, driving standards, and fostering a positive, collaborative workplace. You'll lead by example in all aspects of nursing while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Leading, mentoring, and supporting our nursing team
* Maintaining high clinical standards across all areas
* Supporting vets in surgery, treatments, and patient care
* Client communication, education, and exceptional customer service
* Ensuring hospital cleanliness, organisation, and protocol compliance
* Assisting with training, onboarding, and professional development
About You
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
* Minimum 2 years vet nurse experience
* Strong leadership or mentoring experience
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A proactive, calm, and supportive approach
