About the role
Provide administration support to on‑site teams at the Ranger Rehabilitation Project. Work on a world‑class rehabilitation site while ensuring essential equipment operates successfully. Bus in, Bus out weekly to Jabiru on a 5/2 roster (potential 9‑day fortnight).
Key responsibilities
* Administer support to various departments as required.
* Maintain and update filing systems (hard copy and electronic) with security and version control.
* Develop and format reports, presentations and documents.
* Ensure agreed deadlines for critical reports and activities are met.
* Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Rio Tinto systems/Intranet.
* Manage stock of PPE and restock communal amenities.
* Perform general ad‑hoc duties as required.
What you'll bring
* Strong communication skills, team orientation and resourcefulness.
* Self‑motivated with a commitment to safety.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint/Intranet.
* Experience in industrial office administration a plus but not essential.
