Leadership Opportunity in Construction Modelling
We are seeking an experienced construction modeller to take on a Team Lead role at our Sunshine Coast head office.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise up to 5 construction modellers, providing guidance, training and support
* Develop and manage project schedules to meet deadlines
* Create and review 3D building construction models, including issuing IFA models and drawings
* Maintain quality assurance, ensuring all work complies with company standards and Australian Building Codes
About You:
* You will possess strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring construction modelling teams.
* A solid understanding of Australian Standards relevant to steel detailing is essential.
