Overview
The Early Childhood Educator (Diploma qualified) will support the team to deliver high‐quality early childhood education, guided by evidence‐informed contemporary pedagogy and practice aligned with the National Quality Standards, Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework, and National Education and Care Law and Regulations. You will create a positive learning environment that facilitates rich interaction and supports children's social, emotional and cognitive development, build respectful relationships with families, children and colleagues, and maintain an inclusive environment where each child's learning and development needs are met and the service's policies and regulatory standards are maintained.

Qualifications & Requirements
* ACECQA‐approved Diploma level qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or actively working towards it.
* Valid Employee Working with Children Check.
* Willingness to consent to a Police Check (to be arranged by Early Learning Victoria). An international Police Check is required if you have resided outside Australia for 12 months or more during the last 10 years.
* First Aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
* Protecting Children – Mandatory Reporting online learning.
* Food Handling Certificate and Safe Sleep Training are desirable.
