Kattsafe is seeking a proactive, relationship-focused Project Sales Consultant to join our Height Safety team and drive project-based sales across QLD
If you're energised by solving technical challenges, building trusted partnerships, and guiding projects from concept through to completion, this role offers the perfect opportunity to make an impact.
Our Project Sales Consultants sit at the centre of our consultative sales process — working closely with builders, designers, and installers to deliver compliant, practical height-safety solutions.
We're looking for someone technically minded, commercially sharp, and genuinely customer-obsessed: someone who can manage a busy pipeline, educate stakeholders, and bring projects to life with professionalism and care.
What You'll Do
Your day-to-day could include:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to confirm project specifications, develop compliant design plans, and uncover new opportunities.
Collaborating with Kattsafe-approved installers to identify the best-fit installer for each project, ensuring a profitable sales order and satisfied stakeholders.
Managing individual projects through all stages of the consultative sales cycle, providing technical expertise and dependable support.
Keeping accurate, up-to-date records for all assigned construction projects, including specifications, timelines, and communications.
Maintaining clear, proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project coordination.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a motivated professional with:
Proven experience in project-based sales, ideally within the construction, height safety, or manufacturing sectors.
(Current experience in Height Safety or Construction highly regarded.)
Strong understanding of fall protection, roof safety, or access systems, including relevant Australian Standards and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated ability to manage a project-driven sales pipeline — booking and leading discovery and solution meetings that build trust and drive buy-in.
The ability to interpret technical drawings and provide practical, compliant solutions, educating clients and designers on compliance and system benefits.
Working knowledge of CRM systems and project tracking tools (e.g., HubSpot, INFOR).
