About the Role
Reporting to the National Business Manager – Foodservice, you'll play a critical role in delivering top-line sales and margin contribution by maximising distribution across the Foodservice channel. You'll be a driven, hands-on sales professional passionate about growing the SA/NT/WA business through strong, sustainable customer relationships and identifying new growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Execute sales strategy and business plans for state-based Foodservice customers
* Deliver agreed trade promotional spend for key accounts
* Build strong customer relationships to support account reviews, promotional planning, range extensions and new line presentations
* Establish call plans to identify monthly, quarterly and annual sales opportunities
* Deliver sales, margin and distribution targets across the core Foodservice range
* Partner closely with customers to drive product pull-through and educate end users
* Interstate travel every 8–12 weeks (SA / NT / WA)
Qualifications
Strong Foodservice experience, particularly with distributors and end users
Required Skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven success growing and managing profitable customer portfolios
* Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical capability with confidence presenting data and insights
* Highly developed planning, organisation and prioritisation skills
* Adaptability, resilience and a hands-on, strategic mindset
