**Global Quality Manager**
The Global Quality Manager at New Aim will lead the development and implementation of quality systems and certification processes, ensuring compliance to relevant quality standards. In our fast-paced e-commerce business with diverse and high-volume product offerings, the role oversees quality standards, compliance, and quality control to drive operational efficiency and customer trust.
**Salary**:
$AUD 120,000 - 130,000 + superannuation
**The Exciting Role**:
- **Develop Operational Strategies**: Collaborate with leadership to create plans that enhance customer satisfaction and resource efficiency.
- **Maintain Quality Systems**:Implement and manage quality systems to meet organizational goals and comply with industry standards.
**-**Standardize Processes**:Establish and maintain documentation for sample testing, inspections, faulty control, and compliance to ensure consistency.
**-**Lead Audits and Reviews**:Oversee quality audits and process reviews to improve workflows, processes, and team performance.
**-**Monitor Quality Performance**:Use data-driven tools to track performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
**-**Analyse and Report Data**:Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to evaluate quality system effectiveness and guide improvements.
**-**Drive Continuous Improvement**:Identify opportunities to optimize sytems, workflows, and team structures for better efficiency.
**-**Engage Suppliers and Customers**:Work with suppliers to meet quality specifications and receive feedback from CS Manager to address customer needs to improve service.
**-**Train and Mentor Teams**:Provide training on quality control, compliance, and best practices to build a skilled workforce.
**-**Ensure Compliance and Resource Management**:Oversee regulatory compliance, manage audits, and control budgets and resources for cost-effective operations.
**-**Define Team Structure and KPIs**:Establish roles, responsibilities, and KPIs, and review them regularly for improvement.
**-**Manage Costs and Resources**:Control budgets, headcounts, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
**What You'll Bring**:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar quality management role within e-commence sector
- Proven ability to implement and manage quality management systems and conduct audits
- Knowledge of products safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance standards
- Strong understanding of retail/wholesale requirements for new vendors
- Extensive leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across various levels of the organisation
- Good computer & communication literacy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
**Education & Experience required**:
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Minimum 1 year work experience in managing quality systems, such as quality standards, compliance, and quality control
- Experience in Ecommerce Industry
