Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee end-to-end project life cycle for a large and complex software/system integration project.
2. Define objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
3. Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
4. Lead cross-functional teams, including software developers, system architects, quality assurance engineers, and business analysts.
5. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, align expectations, and manage dependencies.
6. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and proactively identify and address issues or deviations from the project plan.
7. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
8. Provide regular project status updates, including progress reports, risk assessments, and resource utilisation to stakeholders and senior management.
9. Drive the implementation of software/system integration best practices, quality assurance processes, and change management procedures.
Experience:
10. Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering large and complex software/system integration projects.
11. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with software/system integration principles, practices, and tools such as: Oracle Middleware Fusion, Dell Boomi, MS BizTalk or Mulesoft.
12. Proven track record in effectively managing project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
13. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with project management tools/software.
14. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
