Generalist HR Advisor
This role involves providing expert human resources advice and support to managers and employees across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Super User
* Reviewing and inputting relevant employee data into HR systems
* Drafting and maintaining human resources documentation
* Providing first-line support on human resources and employee relations issues
Requirements:
* A tertiary qualification in human resources or a related field
* Foundational experience in human resources business partnering and advising
* Experience with HRIS systems
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
