We are seeking an experienced leader to guide a team of outbound specialists in delivering exceptional service to existing members.
* The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in outbound sales or customer service, with strong people and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance and engagement through meaningful member interactions, overseeing outbound initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and using data and insights to optimize strategies and team performance.
