Our client is a small and growing commercial builder delivering industrial, commercial, fit‑out and refurbishment projects across Western Australia.
Due to growth they are currently looking for an experienced General Manager / Construction Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations and help take the business to the next level.
About the role: Oversee day‑to‑day operations across multiple projects
Manage and mentor a team of 10+ (PMs, CAs, Site Managers, etc.)
Drive program, safety, quality, and budget outcomes
Lead client and subcontractor relationships
Work closely with the Director to secure new work and grow the pipeline
Help shape systems, processes, and culture What we're looking for: 10+ years experience in commercial construction (Tier 3 or similar)
Proven leadership and operational management skills
Strong client‑facing and communication abilities
Solid understanding of project delivery from pre‑construction through to handover
