**The Organisation**
Our client is a leading services organisation looking to continue the development of their in house Marketing & Communications team at a group level. They have a newly created role responsible for the strategic planning and the delivery & execution of their Digital Marketing strategy across multiple
functions.
**The Role**
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Communications and working closely with your divisional CEOs and management teams, you will be responsible for leading digital marketing projects across a group of key brands.
Maintaining a positive relationship with key internal stakeholders and suppliers, the role is suited to a self-starter who's comfortable managing the day-to-day marketing activities, as well as developing and executing long-term and customer-first strategy.
**About You**
- Systems experience:_
- Google Analytics / AdWords
- Social platforms, including Facebook (inc. Business Manager) and Instagram
- CRM and CMS platforms
- Copywriting / basic design (Canva)
- Knowledge of basic CMS
- Experience:_
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media and Communications or related fields
- 4+ years' experience in developing strategic digital marketing plans
- Strong digital marketing, copywriting, brand and collateral, and social media management skills
- Strong digital marketing campaign implementation, optimizing, and reporting experience
- Brand management experience
- Strong project management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills
- Customer-first approach to marketing initiatives
- Eye for creativity
