Your role in the St Stephen's Hospital team We have opportunities across the hospital in all wards - Medical, Surgical, or Rehab. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing safe and holistic care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practices, and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes. You'll deliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, utilizing excellent communication and customer service skills.
What makes a difference for us?
