* Not a complex portfolio & plenty of support in place so you are not overloaded to allow you to deliver high‑level customer service
* An agency that is selective on what properties they bring into the portfolio
* Support from an experienced Assistant Commercial Property Manager and Trust Accountant, as well as broader administration support from the group services team.
The Criteria
* Proven experience managing commercial assets (retail, commercial, industrial or mixed portfolios).
* Financial & Analytical Capability
* Strong relationship management and communication skills.
* WA PM Registration
* Strong attention to detail
