About the Role
This is a full-time Dental Assistant position, focused exclusively on clinical assisting within a busy, organised practice.
You will work closely with experienced clinicians and fellow assistants, contributing to efficient workflows, smooth patient journeys, and consistently high clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Chairside assisting across a wide range of general dental procedures
* Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and sterilisation standards
* Supporting patients with professionalism, care, and reassurance
* Assisting with clinical efficiency and patient flow
* Working collaboratively with the clinical team
* Maintaining high standards of infection control and safety

Location: Geelong area, VIC
Hours: Full-Time
* Monday–Friday: 8:30am–5:30pm
* Thursday evenings
* One Saturday per month (rostered)
Salary: $29–$36+ per hour (dependent on experience and skillset)
Parking: Onsite available
Start Date: Immediate availability

Mandatory Requirements
* Minimum 12 months' Dental Assisting experience in Australia
* Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (preferred)
* Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
* Full Australian working rights
