What You'll Do
Lead and inspire the Customer Service Branch to deliver exceptional service across the NT
Drive continuous improvement and implement reforms for better outcomes
Build and maintain strong relationships with government, industry, and community partners
Provide strategic advice on customer service, marine safety, and road safety
Ensure your team is skilled, supported, and ready to meet critical deadlines
About You
Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer services, ideally in government
Strategic thinker with strong business, analytical, and leadership skills
Excellent communicator and relationship builder at all levels
Skilled in building high-performing teams and driving results
Desirable: Experience in road or marine safety education, and formal qualifications in public administration, business, or customer service
