Based in Metricon Head office in Mt Waverley. 12-Month maternity leave cover.
Reporting to the General Manager, MetInvest, your responsibilities will include:
* Prepare and coordinate house and land packages and administration for MetInvest
* Administer marketing materials to selling agents
* Coordinate contracts with BDMs and external sales agents
* Prepare relevant internal sales paperwork for BDMs and Accounts
* Assist in developing new more efficient processes
* Administrative support and projects as nominated by General Manager.

The successful candidate will have:
* Experience within a similar role supporting a sales team
* Ability to set priorities and co-ordinate available time and resources for maximum effectiveness
* Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, questioning and probing)
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Commitment to continuous learning
* Intermediate PC skills including: Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
* Working knowledge of BusinessCraft is preferred but not essential
* Motivated in achieving quality results
