Job Overview
Location: VIC, Jack Hort Memorial Pool – Healesville 3777.
This role offers an attractive remuneration package and free club access. The schedule is balanced with mornings, evenings and weekend shifts. Multiple positions are available.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
- Conduct day‐to‐day pool operations.
- Maintain pool hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor and manage activities, enforce safety rules and respond to incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service and interact effectively with patrons of diverse ages, abilities, cultures and needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Current First Aid (Level2) and Current CPR Certificate.
- National Police Check and Working with Children check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate (desirable).
- Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to obtain any required certificates if not already held.
