Rehabilitation Consultant
Our goal is to enable individuals who have sustained a physical and/or psychological injury at work to return to their daily activities as quickly and safely as possible.
Responsibilities
* Apply clinical reasoning skills to support individuals with injuries.
* Work within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, supporting the individual's journey from rehabilitation to healing.
* Perform assessments based on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including injured employees, employers, medical specialists and other allied health professionals.
* Develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans, supporting clients who have sustained an injury from motor vehicle accidents or a workplace injury.
You will have the opportunity to work with the Australian Defence Force and Veteran community. Our aim is to provide meaningful and purposeful work as you support the client's return to the same job or find a new employment opportunity.

What will make you successful:
* Current unrestricted (or eligibility for) registration or membership with the relevant industry body.
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Nursing.
* Strong clinical reasoning.
* Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal.
* Passion to help individuals rehabilitate.
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
