**Key Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate itineraries that showcase the best of Australia and Japan, including homestay, ground transport, school visits, and local excursions
* Develop effective communication strategies to engage with Japanese partner schools, students, and host families
* Build strong relationships with local providers, such as bus companies, accommodation venues, and tour guides
* Suggest and prepare customized itineraries based on client requirements
* Make and confirm travel and accommodation reservations, ensuring seamless experiences
* Provide detailed travel documents, schedules, and emergency contact protocols
* Advise clients on travel requirements, such as visas, passports, immunizations, insurance, and local customs
* Offer expert recommendations on tour packages, points of interest, and travel conditions
* Process payments and maintain accurate records of client and vendor information
* Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and providing ongoing support
* Support group arrivals and departures, including occasional on-ground tour assistance
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 2 years' full-time experience in group travel, educational programs, or tour coordination
* Strong understanding of Japanese culture and communication is highly valued
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
* Strong administrative and time management skills are required
* Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment
* Flexibility to work during peak travel seasons, including some weekends
* Certificate III/IV or above qualifications in Marketing, Travel, Tourism, Education Support, or Event Management are desirable
