Job Title: Financial Accountant
Financial accountants play a crucial role in an organization's financial management, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. As a key member of the financial control team, you will be responsible for end-of-month financial reporting, processing tax returns (GST, FBT, Income), assisting with transfer pricing, supporting internal audits, statutory audits, and stock takes.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-of-month financial reporting
* Processing tax returns (GST, FBT, Income)
* Assisting with transfer pricing
* Supporting the groups internal audit, statutory audit and stock take
* Business partner with key stakeholders on a daily basis
* Detailed analysis of the general ledger
* Managing risk and compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Business degree with a major in accounting
* Membership of CA/CPA or ambition to work towards
* Good understanding of tax (FBT, GST, Income)
* 3+ years' of experience in a similar role
* Blue collar industry experience would be ideal
* Proficient in SAP or a similar large-scale ERP
