Voyager Estate is seeking a Finance Officer on a 6 month fixed term contract to cover a busy period over the course of 2026.
From the first plantings on the Estate in 1978 to today's 100 Ha of organically farmed vineyard, Voyager Estate has become a mainstay of the Margaret River wine community. As part of the Landsmith Collection, it is dedicated to sustainable, regenerative farming and the pursuit of excellence in everything it does – from the soil through to the customer experience.
We are looking for an aspiring individual who will provide strong support to the Voyager finance team. In this role you will provide accounting and administrative support, ensuring that all facets of the finance function is performing at an optimum level. You will play a key role in the processing of sales data for consumer sales whilst also providing support for the creditors' function, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, credit cards management and fortnightly payment runs. The role will involve interacting with suppliers, contractors, and internal customers as well as being responsible for bank reconciliations, accounts receivable and inventory.

* Supporting Front of House Cellar Door team with finance administration
* Bank Reconciliations
* Accounts Receivable
* Accounts Payable
* Fixed Asset and Capital Expenditure Management
* Balance Sheet reconciliations
* Provide assistance to the Accountant on various tasks including budgetpreparation.
What You'll Bring to the Role
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Experience of working in the retail or wine and hospitality sectors
* Experience of working with POS transactional data
* Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and basic accounting concepts
* Excellent reconciliation skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks, and work both independently and collaboratively
* Relationship-building skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholder
* Coachable spirit
