Advanced Field Service Engineer

Main Responsibilities
* Perform maintenance, audits, configuration, programming, installation/commissioning, upgrades, and migration of complex Honeywell control systems (EXPERION PKS, TPS/TDC).
* Understand SLA requirements and manage the team to achieve 100% SLA fulfillment.
* Manage service escalations and coordinate with customers onsite for resolution.
* Lead new sales lead generation, conduct technical site studies, prepare BOMs, and present at customer sites to secure leads.
* Drive BTI and cyber security opportunities.
* Communicate periodically with customers regarding technical and administrative issues.
* Provide customer support for Honeywell Control Systems and act as the primary contact for service-related inquiries.
Key Experience & Capabilities
* Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in field service engineering, with at least 3 years in Honeywell Product Platform teams focusing on service contracts revenue, billing, and collections.
* Experience with DCS, PLC, networking, third-party communication protocols, Modbus, serial interfaces, etc.
* Knowledge of process automation, preferably in petrochemical, oil, and gas industries.
* Experience with Experion PKS hardware and software, C-300, TDC, TPS systems, including LCN and UCN, along with PC/networking experience.
