Delivering High-Quality Patient Care in ICU
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team and provide comprehensive nursing care to critically unwell patients in a well-equipped ICU environment.
About the Role:
1. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.
2. You will develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient, taking into account their medical history, current condition, and treatment goals.
3. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, using your attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure that all necessary information is recorded correctly.
Key Requirements:
* AHPRA registration as an RN is essential for this role.
* You should have strong ICU experience, including skills in ventilation and airway management.
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts is also required, as you will need to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
