Training & Equipment Support Officer - South West

Are you a proactive and organised administrator with a passion for supporting training and operations?

We are looking for a dedicated Training and Equipment Support Officer to join our Training and Equipment team based in Bunbury on a Permanent Full Time basis (37.5 hours per week).

In this support role, you will work closely with the Regional Training & Equipment Team, providing high-level administrative assistance across training administration and operational logistics. Your strong coordination skills and attention to detail will help ensure smooth processes, efficient communication, and a high standard of service delivery. What you'll do:

* Assist with the development of policies and procedures
* Provide administrative support to regional sub-centres and volunteer teams
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for RTO compliance
* Manage scheduling of meetings and appointments, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
* Support the Regional Operations Manager with daily operational needs
* Coordinate public and private training sessions and monitor enrolments
* Assist with professional development tasks for operational staff
* Manage travel, accommodation, and vehicle bookings
* Process timesheets accurately for operational staff
* Contribute to delivering function projects on time and to a high standard
* Support onboarding processes for new operational staff.


What you'll need:

* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administrative role
* Certificate III in Business Administration (desirable)
* Experience in working in an RTO or a corporate setting (desirable)
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
* High attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication skills
* Understanding of training-related operational processes and systems
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
