Aquatic Services Coordinator Role Overview:
This is an exciting career opportunity for a qualified Aquatic Services professional to lead our aquatics team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and operating the swim school and related services.
* Oversee the management and operation of the swim school and related services
* Lead a team of Aquatic Services Officers/Swim Teachers to deliver high-quality swim programs
* Maintain exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with schools and local clubs
* Plan and organize lessons, identify opportunities to increase participation, and develop strategies through engagement with stakeholders
About You:
* National Police Check and Working With Children Clearance
* Current Swimming Teaching Certificate - Teaching of water swimming and water safety
* Swimming Teaching extension certificates desirable but not essential
* Previous Swim School Coordination Experience
* Strong people leadership and ability to inspire others
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Licenced to work in Australia
