Job Description:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with State and Regional Managers, providing expert guidance, coaching, and support to drive business success.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Partnering with leaders to develop and implement people plans aligned with the national strategy
* Analysing people metrics, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions
* Leading talent development and succession planning initiatives to grow future leaders
* Supporting Employee Relations matters, including performance issues, investigations, and grievances
* Utilising engagement survey insights to create a positive, inclusive workplace culture
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience as a P&C Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor
* A deep understanding of National Employment Standards, modern awards, and enterprise agreements
* Coaching and leadership skills, with a track record of driving outcomes across talent, engagement, and ER
* Ability to manage complex people challenges with empathy and fairness
* Strong prioritisation and time management skills, with a ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
