This is a Part‐Time position, guaranteed 8 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily banquet and event operations to ensure smooth, high‐quality service
* Lead, train, and support the banquet team to deliver consistent service standards
* Monitor guest satisfaction and address service issues promptly
* Coordinate closely with clients, chefs, and event coordinators for seamless execution
* Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards
* Conduct pre‐event briefings and post‐event reviews
* Manage inventory, equipment, and cost controls, including rosters and payroll
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews for banquet staff
* Ensure accurate daily postings and complete detailed post‐event reports
