Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for 70 employees, managing entitlements, PAYG taxation, superannuation, and more.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process fortnightly payroll, including salary, leave, PAYG, superannuation, and deductions via Premier Payroll System.
* Handle new starters, terminations, changes, overtime, leave, and report checking.
* Provide guidance to managers and staff on salary-related matters and employment conditions.
* Maintain compliance with relevant legislation.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries and prepare payroll correspondence.
