Besides strong leadership skills, you should have excellent communication skills to effectively work with various stakeholders, including Optometrists and other colleagues. You should also be able to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. In addition, you must be able to stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure our business remains competitive.
