Qualifications And Experience
* ServiceNow Certified Administration
* ServiceNow CIS ITSM
* ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
Required Skills And Expertise
* Custom application development in ServiceNow, Portal development and 'Knowledge of best practice OOTB ServiceNow ITSM and/or other relevant ServiceNow application configuration (CIS ITOM)
* Experience in providing creative solutions to business problems and working with ServiceNow, IT Service Management (ITIL) processes including Asset Management, metrics and key performance indicators
* Team collaboration and communication skills
* Excellent documentation and presentation skills
* Ability to mentor/lead junior team members
