Job Title: Maintenance Fitter Location: Eagle Farm, QLD Hours: Day Shift, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm or 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Salary: $50 - $53.75 per hour (dependent on experience) About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our clients maintenance team of three at their Eagle Farm site. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing machinery and executing preventative maintenance program to ensure equipment reliability and optimal performance. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on a range of machinery. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to minimise downtime. Collaborate with the maintenance team to enhance equipment reliability and plant safety. Utilise welding skills as needed to support maintenance tasks. Adhere to all safety procedures and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Trade qualification as a Maintenance Fitter. At least 5 years of relevant experience in machinery maintenance. Basic welding experience (MIG/TIG preferred). Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
