We are seeking a part time (4 days per week) Office Manager & Executive Assistant to provide support to our CEO and broader team. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines office management, executive support and administration in a collaborative and engaging environment.

The Women & Infants Research Foundation (WIRF) is Western Australia's leading not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving the lives of women, mothers and babies. Our mission is to bring together innovative researchers to produce impactful research that benefits communities here in WA, and around the world. For 50 years our research and programs have directly contributed to a number of improved clinical practices and health outcomes.

Provide Executive Assistance to the CEO. This will vary according to priorities at the time and will include diary management, travel arrangements and correspondence.
Manage office supplies, maintain a well organised & professional workplace, arrange catering.
Assist with fundraising and community events as needed.
CRM & systems administration
Manage incoming communications and ensure a welcoming experience, including boardroom setup for meetings (and online)
Manage & respond to website & email enquiries
Work closely with WIRFs knitting & sewing community and manage their donations
Purchase clothing, toiletries and other items for WIRFs baby bundles and women's care packages
About You
Proven experience in administration or executive support roles.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
A proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for supporting a cause.
Experience in the NFP sector is highly desirable, but not essential.
