Responsibilities
* Be part of a generic adult social work Review Team completing scheduled and targeted Care Act reviews.
* Use a strengths‐based approach to assess ongoing needs and outcomes.
* Carry out Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interests decisions.
* Participate regularly in duty rota responsibilities.
* Focus on person‐centred practice and compliance with Care Act principles.

Qualifications & Experience
* Social Work England registration.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* A full UK driving licence.
* Post-qualified experience.
