Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Manager located in Enoggera, QLD. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative staff, coordinate appointments and meetings, and ensure smooth workflow.


Responsibilities

* Maintain office supplies
* Liaise with vendors and external contractors
* Manage correspondence
* Support budgeting or financial planning activities
* Contribute to implementing office policies and maintaining compliance with organisational standards


Qualifications

* Proven organisational and time management skills for overseeing office tasks and prioritising competing responsibilities
* Proficiency with administrative tools such as scheduling systems, documentation software, and office management platforms
* Experience in coordination, problem‑solving, and working with cross‑functional teams for efficient office operations
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to correspond effectively with internal and external teams
* Ability to ensure the accuracy of records, handle financial tasks, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
* Previous experience supervising staff and fostering a positive and productive work environment
* Familiarity with the construction or engineering industry is a plus
* Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is highly regarded
