We're currently seeking a qualified Butcher to join a well-established retail butcher shop in Nerang. You'll be working in a busy shop environment, responsible for delivering high-quality cuts, customer service, and supporting the development of current apprentices.

Roster
* Sunday: 6am - 4pm
* Monday: 7am - 5pm
* Tuesday: 7am - 3pm
* Wednesday & Thursday: 7am - 5pm
* Friday & Saturday off
Key Responsibilities
* Breakdown of carcasses and preparation of retail cuts
* Value-adding and presentation of meat products
* Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
* Customer service and counter sales
* Training and mentoring apprentices
About You
* Trade qualified Butcher
* Previous experience in a retail butcher environment
* Strong knife skills and attention to detail
* Reliable and able to work early starts and weekends
* Positive attitude and willingness to support junior staff
